Mentoring sessions are not a quick fix but an investment of time, commitment, energy, and acceptance of responsibility towards your future, and how it turns out.

Mentoring sessions are fortnightly for six month period and are structured as follows:

1. Assess - A 20-minute complimentary session to identify your specific needs

2. Set goal - You will set SMART objectives with including confirmation of the number of sessions required

3. Prepare - Use action plans, diagnostic tools and assessment results to aid your journey

4. Implement – Structured regular sessions will take place in a safe, comfortable environment convenient to your schedule.

5. Reflect and Learn  - Evaluate, determine success and determine next steps

6. Execute  - Take your business to the next level
